Brief 15 // DFGA // Template Feedback

After creating the templates, I arranged to meet again with Mike to show him the idea and concept and how it works along with the templates. Giving a better understanding of my vision for the yearbook. I wanted to get some feedback from him to see what he was thinking about it and if we were along the same thoughts for it all.

Feedback:
- Mike liked the idea of the yearbook and liked the focus being on the students and their work. Linking in their journey and thoughts about the course is a good way to show what the course is like to be on. This could link in to the tutor sections also.

- The layout of the templates works well. As not all students have lots of work, the smaller amount of images on the spreads work well for them and those that do, will have to narrow down and show just the best work.

- The idea of having the videos within the document, works great for the course, these fit in well with the layouts and the idea of having the images alongside is good as most students with digital outcomes have some sort of image based work alongside it.

Changes:
- As the PDF will be for screen viewing only, might aswell make the most of the screen and fit the document to the full screen. Adapt layouts to fit screen - allow bigger images.

- Some of the layouts need to think about the format of images - as need to fit video sizes / be within rectangular ratio for the majority of students.

- Contact details and image of student within the layouts.
